*not a reference to the hit 70s sitcom. I’m not THAT old.
It started out innocently enough, stumbling on Frank Miller’s new movie “The Spirit”. In the movie (out Christmas Day 2008, you’re welcome Warner Brothers), Eva Mendes plays a gorgeous character named Sand Saref, an obvious allusion to a naming convention for a font classification: Sans Serif.

This is the picture that started it all. I'm too lazy to link it to the movie page. Just google it. *turns over and starts snoring again*
(I’m a big fan of typography and graphic design, not to mention I’m a huge geek so I’m really resisting the urge to blog about the history, aesthetics, and practical application of Sans Serif.)
*drinks water*
Ok, so that got me thinking: What would be my name if I were a font? And I landed on Helvetica.
Another very good friend of mine, whom we’ll hide under the name of Verdana, provides the comic relief to the everyday rigors (mortis) that is my job. We met while on assignment here in Kuala Lumpur, and proceeded to paint the town red. So rambunctious were our spelunking adventures, that we were eventually known as Paris & Nicole. I therefore offer:

Some stranger, Helvetica, and Verdana (Maybe I should submit this to FHM's "Who The Heck Ruined Our Photo?" LOL! I'm kidding, friend!)

Thanks for stopping by! Tell your friends!
